There will be sold before the Courthouse door in Upson County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in March, 2010, the following property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Land Lot 227 of the 10th Land District of Upson County, Georgia, being shown and delineated as Lot 26, on that certain plat of survey entitled “Plat for Silvertown Group”, dated June 4, 2000, prepared by Gary F. Self, Registered Land Surveyor, of record in Plat Book 24, Page 217, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Upson County, Georgia, which said plat, including the metes, bounds, courses and distances as shown and delineated thereon, is, by this reference, incorporated herein.
This deed is executed and delivered subject to easements and restrictions of record applicable to the above described property.
The cost of advertising and foreclosure costs will be taken from the proceeds from the sale of said property and as much thereof as will satisfy the Upson County tax fi.fas for the years 2006 and 2007, levied on as the property of SILVERTOWN PROPERTIES, LLC, notice of the filing of the petition for tax foreclosure having been given to the Defendants in fi.fa. and/or to the Defendants in possession as required by law.
